The Okanagan Vinyl Fest takes place on Sunday September 25, 2022. We invite you to apply for one or more tables at this event, where vinyl or other forms of music (cassette tapes, CDs & DVDs) may be sold to our attendees.

The Okanagan Vinyl Fest is returning from a 2 year hiatus. This will be our 9th event, and will once again take place at the Penticton Seniors Drop-In Centre.

This event is a fundraiser for the Peach City Community Radio Society - we really appreciate your support, and participation!

Vendor Requirements

Okanagan Vinyl Fest takes place at the Penticton Seniors' Drop-In Centre. We make every attempt to provide ample space for all vendors. However we do note that access to power, wall space, and enough room to erect larger display structures is somewhat limited. Should you require special consideration to set up structures, shelving and/or display space in addition to the tables provided, please specify your needs in the space provided, and we will follow up with you to ensure that your needs are satisfied, and that our requirements are respected. We thank you in advance for your consideration and cooperation.

Number of Tables Required	*($45.00 per table)*
Due to space restrictions, each vendor is limited to a maximum of 3 tables. If more tables are desired, please check this box to be placed on a waiting list for available tables.
Tables are wooden, 8 feet long by 2 feet deep. No outside tables will be permitted within the Festival without prior permission.
Please let us know if you have any other special table/display requirements.
