This Wednesday, February 13th is World Radio Day and Peach City Radio will be celebrating by hosting a Tweet Chat from 8:30 to 9:30 pm.

We encourage you to join in by tweeting your vision of community radio in Penticton. If you don't use twitter, you will be able to follow some of the conversation via the Twitter feed on our www.peachcityradio.org homepage.

This is an initiative of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) to celebrate radio as a medium, encouraging major networks and community radio stations alike to promote access to information and freedom of expression over the airwaves.
